High School Transcript Instructions

    Instructions
It is the applicant's responsibility to acquire their own High School transcript, then provide a copy to the Utah Tech University admissions office.
    • Contact your High School to request your Transcript.
    • We accept either official or unofficial High School Transcripts, but the transcript must include all your personal identifying information, class listings and your cumulative GPA. (We use an unweighted GPA)
    • You do not need to provide a final transcript at the time of application or admission.
    • We do not accept progress reports to meet the High School transcript requirement.
    • Your High School Counselor or office can have your transcript sent directly to us. (see below for address information)
    • It is a good idea to have a copy for yourself for future need.
    • If your High School transcript lists your ACT / SAT test scores, we will use the scores listed on the transcript to meet the test score admission requirement. You will not need to send the test scores separately, unless you have a different score that is not listed.
