TERMS REGARDING USE OF GOLF CARTS

The individual, department, and/or office reserving the use of the campus visit golf carts assume all responsibility concerning any harm or injury that may occur to any person(s) as a result of driving or riding in the golf cart(s) while the individual, department, and/or office is using the cart(s).

The individual, department, and/or office reserving the use of the campus visit golf carts also assumes all responsibility concerning any damage to the golf carts themselves that occurs while the reserved golf cart(s) are in use by the individual, department, and/or office.

In either case, all legal or financial outcomes will be forwarded to the individual, department and/or office duly responsible.
